Booking Rules

Members may book a court up to 14 days prior, but only from 7 am when booking 14 days prior.
There are no booking fees to reserve courts, however, please note the system enforces "late-cancellation" and "no-show" policies at peak times.
- Peak times are Monday - Friday from 5.20 pm onwards.
- All other times are off-peak.
Members must use the light-meters @ £4 per 40 minutes to activate the court lights.

To confirm court usage, members are required to check-in with the touch screen "kiosk" system next to the courts within 1 hour prior to the start time or within 1 hour after the court finish time.
In order to check-in, members must know their PIN, which can be found and changed when logged-in to this website (click "My Settings"). If you do not know your login details, then please use the website Forgotten Password process (which will send the details to your email) or use the form to Contact Us if you do not have an email address.
The system will automatically assume the court remained booked but unused ("no-show") if the member who booked the court fails to check-in.
- On the first occasion, there is no penalty for the "no-show".
- Thereafter, the member who booked the court will be charged £4 "no-show" and will need to pay this online in order to continue booking courts.
- The no-show charge only applies for peak-time courts, Monday - Friday from 5.20 pm onwards.

When unable to play, members should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by others.
There is no charge to cancel bookings more than 48 hours prior.
There is no charge to cancel off-peak bookings any time prior.
The system registers "late-cancellations" when peak-time bookings are cancelled within 48 hours of the start time.
- On the first occasion, there is no "late-cancellation" charge.
- Thereafter, the system automatically charges £2 as a "late-cancellation", however, this charge is automatically refunded if the same court is rebooked.

Each member has an account within this booking system.
As there is no booking fee, members are not required to have booking system credit to book courts.
Members who incurr late-cancellation and no-show charges will need to "top-up" their accounts to pay these charges in order to continue booking courts.
Members can top-up their accounts online with any credit or debit card (£2 minimum) when logged-in to this booking system.
