All Preliminary, 1st and 2nd Rounds will be played over 40 minutes. No markers will be provided for these matches (unless requested). All games to be played PAR scoring to 15 (two clear at 14-14). If matches are not completed on the dates stated a toss of a coin will decide the player to go through to the next round. If a player is not available on the set date given up to the semi finals it is their responsibility to re arrange the match with their opponent. Please inform Dan or Garrie of any changes so that the original court booking can be freed up.

Quarter Finals onwards will be marked and played to completion of matches i.e. the winner is the first player to win three games

(no time limit).

NO SEMI OR FINAL GAMES ARE TO BE REARRANGED FROM THE APPOINTED DAY AND TIME. IF A PLAYER CANNOT MAKE THE TIME ALLOCATED HE/SHE MUST FOREFIT THE GAME. IF BOTH PLAYERS CANNOT MAKE THE MATCH TIME (SEMI FINAL) THE RESULT WILL BE DECIDED ON THE TOSS OF A COIN.

If you don’t tell us of any problems, they cannot be resolved!
